“What we want art to do for us is to keep what is fleeting, to enlighten what is incomprehensible, to incorporate the things that have no measure and to immortalize the things that have no duration”
- John Ruskin
Joyed to share a special update with this celestial alliance of you extraordinary people who have generously supported this dream of creating a global visionary art card deck.
The Capstone Edition of the Galactic Trading Cards is now 21% funded with 20 days remaining. Thanks sooo much for your blessed help bring this beauty into being.
Our strategy for sharing about the campaign has been mostly on social media. We are also doing newsletters to our past kickstarter supporters, those who have ordered decks in the past and a modest newsletter list about the project. Direct emails to friends, allies and community are personal too. There is one podcast we did for the project here, one more in the works we will share soon, and another we hope might happen.
We thought it would be fun to share a social media days posts so you can get an out-of-the-box update on the project....
"The imagination is the golden pathway to everywhere"

Magic abides at the atmospheric 'Clachan Chalanais' in Scotland on Na Hearadh in the Outer Hebrides. This epic level ceremonial landscape features 10 connected stone circles. These Callanish Stones are at the center of the complex featuring a stone circle with a center stone connected by avenues of stone rows and a chambered tomb.
This neolithic sacred site is part of a vast cosmic compass and celestial astrolabe assembled by my ancestral peoples. Ceremony and ritual work with this art included writing oracular text to accompany the art as a featured image in the new Capstone Edition of the Galactic Trading Cards.

It was a bit windy but here is me at the site at that very moment.
"You could occupy a sacred space, a cosmovision driven space, no matter where you are. The sacred space can be a megalithic site in Wales or Scotland that you expend great effort to visit and appreciate and sort of participate in that energy and ... as human beings that are connected to nature, you can step outside your back door and there’s your garden and that’s the sacred space. It’s just as valid as anything that might be thousands of miles away and thousands of years old." - Dennis McKenna

Far in the Outer Hebridean wilds, in a remote corner of Scotland, we did ceremony at the Cnoc Ceann a' Gharaidh Stone Circle, part of a neolithic landscape of ritual megaliths connecting people on the planet with cosmic space and time. This is part of a huge astrolabe including 10 sites with stone circles, avenues and burial chambers spread out over the landscape that have hosted ritual and ceremony for creative people and communities over many thousands of years. These are amongst the best preserved neolithic monuments in Europe.
The peak moment of our ritual included meditating on the art and composing oracular text to join the art.
It was a bit windy here too! Here is a video of me there in that very moment.
